About the Fellowship
Writing is a solitary art. Writers are often locked away in their office, hunched over a computer, or holed up in the corner of a coffee shop observing people and wondering where their story should go next.

The Fellowship of the Pen is a creative writing support group formed in Kitchener, Ontario in 2013 to combat this creative isolation. Writers from all over Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas meet on a weekly basis to discuss plot problems, character queries and general writing woes in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Whether you're striving for publication or just writing for fun, The Fellowship is a great way to spend time with like-minded individuals.
Membership:
Anyone with an interest in writing is welcome.
Whether you've been writing wild and imaginative stories since you were a child, you've just discovered you'd like to explore poetry, or you have a 'how to' non-fiction idea that you know will sell millions of copies, we're happy to support you with your project in any way we can.
We offer sounding boards, feedback, editing, or just a supportive space where you can set aside a dedicated time to work on your writing every week.
